Return and Refund Policy
Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided the conditions outlined below are met.
Returns requested after 30 days may still be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same new condition as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
- The customer must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a returned item does not match the condition described when requesting the return, including but not limited to signs of use, missing parts, damage, or altered packaging, the return may be refused. In such cases, the item may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Machine Returns
Machines that have been used are not eligible for automatic return credit.
Upon return, the machine will be inspected and evaluated by our team. Any return credit will be issued at our sole discretion and will be based on the condition of the machine upon receipt, including but not limited to:
- signs of use
- wear or damage
- completeness of the returned unit
Following the inspection, the customer will be provided with a proposed return credit amount based on the machine’s condition.

Returns must be requested and approved before being shipped. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled free of charge provided the request is received before the order has been processed.
Once an order has been processed (including but not limited to shipment being booked or prepared for dispatch), cancellation or modification may still be requested; however:
- Shipping charges associated with the booked shipment are non-refundable.
- If changes require a new shipment, new shipping charges will apply and must be paid by the customer.
If the order has already been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled or modified, and any return or refund request will be handled in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy above.
